Shipping policy

At Seufi, we want receiving your fashion pieces to feel effortless. Every order is prepared with care, packed neatly, and sent out in a way that keeps the entire process smooth from the moment you check out to the moment your parcel arrives at your door.

We currently ship within Australia only, and all delivery fees are covered by us. You’ll never see unexpected charges added at checkout—just your chosen fashion items, shipped directly to your address.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Orders move through our packing team fairly quickly:

• Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped
• Most packages arrive within a total window of 4–9 business days

Our daily dispatch cut-off is 14:00 GMT+10 Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time begin processing the following business day.

Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow its progress at any stage. Although we work hard to keep deliveries on schedule, occasional delays can happen due to weather, network congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances. When that happens, we’ll keep you updated so you’re never left wondering.
