Refund policy

We want you to love your Seufi purchase. Fashion is personal, and if something isn’t the perfect fit for your wardrobe, our return process is simple and stress-free.

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We never charge restocking fees.

To start a return, contact us at info@seufi.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know when you reach out and we will help you choose the right option.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to complete the transfer.
